Kenneth Hunt and Mark Kurdys presenters at fall seminar and forum

Kenneth Hunt and Mark Kurdys presented “Intentional Torts – Defending the Bad Guy” to over 250 attendees at the joint meeting of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys and North Carolina Claims Association at Grandover Resort in Greensboro on October 1. The presentation included a 60 page handout summarizing over twenty-five intentional torts recognized in North Carolina, the elements, affirmative defenses and pattern jury instructions for each.
