Edgerton is a litigation attorney who works on a wide array of litigation matters, including business litigation, product liability, professional liability, insurance defense, construction litigation and alternative dispute resolution. His practice includes personal injury and wrongful death legal cases of all varieties, including those arising out of construction or automobile accidents. Eric additionally has experience handling contract disputes, particularly those relating to insurance coverage. Prior to law school, Eric gained experience while working in the New York office of a major international law firm.

An Asheville native, Eric returned to Western North Carolina in order to clerk with Roberts & Stevens during his summers in law school. He is now thrilled to return to the area on a year-round basis.
