Ashley Amtower is a partner at Roberts & Stevens who focuses her practice in the areas of real estate, commercial transactions, and trusts and estates. She has experience assisting local businesses, banks and developers with all aspects of commercial transactions including contract preparation and review, real estate transfers, and title insurance. She also has experience advising commercial real estate owners with all aspects of landlord-tenant relationships. Lastly, she has been a trusted advisor for individuals and small business owners interested in developing and implementing comprehensive estate and/or business succession plans.
Ashley joined the firm in November 2017 following her family’s move from Morgantown, West Virginia to the Asheville area. Prior to joining Roberts and Stevens she worked for over six years with a large law firm with an extensive presence in the mid-Atlantic region. She was also an adjunct lecturer with the West Virginia University Entrepreneurship and Innovation Law Clinic where she mentored and advised third-year law students providing legal services to start-up business ventures.
