Sheryl Williams, currently of counsel with Roberts & Stevens, was a partner of the firm for three decades. Over the years, she has represented a diverse range of clients with a particular focus on real estate. She is a Board Certified Specialist in Real Property Law by the North Carolina State Bar since 1987 and has served on the Real Property Section Council of the North Carolina Bar Association.

Sheryl is well versed and experienced in all matters of real estate law, including commercial, residential and development. A notable client of Sheryl's, the Glen Rock Project in Asheville, was developed by Mountain Housing Opportunities. The multi-phased, mixed-use development is a reflection of Asheville's rich arts and environmental heritage. Sheryl was hired by Mountain Housing Opportunities for her in-depth experience in land use and commercial development. This is an exciting project that utilizes historic tax credits for renovation and LEED certification amidst the City's greenway corridor. Sheryl's practice areas allow her to be an active part of the smart development of Asheville.
