Biography

Ann-Patton Hornthal is an associate and litigator at Roberts & Stevens. Since joining the firm, Ann-Patton has represented clients ranging from individuals and small businesses to large companies. She practices regularly in both federal and state courts in civil litigation in matters involving complex personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability, business litigation, and real property litigation.

Ann-Patton has practiced before the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the North Carolina Supreme Court. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Western and Eastern Districts of North Carolina; Cherokee Tribal Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Professionally, she is a member of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys, the Defense Research Institute, and is a member of the Medico-Legal Liaison Committee with the North Carolina Bar Association.
