Biography

Rebecca Reinhardt focuses her practice on real estate law transactions, counseling homeowner’s associations, working on land use and zoning matters, and representing clients on business law transactions.  Rebecca works closely with realtors, owners, and developers on commercial and residential real estate in Western North Carolina.  She also represents small and large businesses on negotiations of loan agreements and leases.

Rebecca is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association Sections on Real Property and the Young Lawyers Division; and the American Bar Association Sections of Business Law, Real Property, Probate and Trust, and the Young Lawyers Division.

Rebecca Reinhardt officially joined Roberts & Stevens as an attorney in 2003, but her relationship with the firm dates back several years prior. She came to Roberts & Stevens as a runner in 1998. She soon worked her way into the firm's bankruptcy area, where she assisted as a paralegal for a year. Rebecca went on to earn her Juris Doctor from UNC-Chapel Hill School of Law. She continued to clerk with Roberts & Stevens during summers. Her colleagues and clients continue to appreciate the fresh and energetic perspective she brings to the firm.
