Mark C. Kurdys

Mark Kurdys has successfully litigated thousands of cases, tried hundreds and managed dozens of appeals throughout his 29-year career. He practiced in Detroit, Michigan and Charlotte, North Carolina before joining Roberts & Stevens in 2000. His focus is complex commercial/business litigation, medical and other professional liability, product liability, transportation, insurance coverage and catastrophic personal injury cases. 

Mark is also a Certified Mediator, mediating cases for other lawyers and their clients. As a business litigator, Mark helps clients seek commercial solutions to disputes and seek negotiated resolutions when in the best interest of his clients. He is a past Director and the current Secretary of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys. Mark is also a member of the Defense Research Institute and the Women In Practice Committee of the North Carolina Bar Association.
