Rebecca
Reinhardt focuses her practice on real estate law transactions,
counseling
homeowner’s associations, working on land use and zoning matters, and
representing clients on business law transactions. Rebecca
works closely
with realtors, owners, and developers on commercial and residential
real estate
in Western North Carolina. She also represents small and
large businesses
on negotiations of loan agreements and leases.

and the
Young Lawyers Division; and the American Bar Association Sections of

Rebecca
Reinhardt officially joined Roberts & Stevens as an attorney in
2003, but
her relationship with the firm dates back several years prior. She came
to
Roberts & Stevens as a runner in 1998. She soon worked her way
into the
firm's bankruptcy area, where she assisted as a paralegal for a year.
Rebecca
went on to earn her Juris Doctor from UNC-Chapel Hill School of Law.
She
continued to clerk with Roberts & Stevens during summers. Her
colleagues
and clients continue to appreciate the fresh and energetic perspective
