Full-Time Receptionist
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Roberts & Stevens, P.A. is seeking a full-time Receptionist to serve as the first line of contact for clients and associates. In addition to greeting clients and directing calls, the Receptionist will be the intake contact for potential clients, manage deliveries, and coordinate office runner needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Greeting clients and visitors, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Conduct new client intake calls and ensure accurate data entry
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including room setup and lunch orders
- Manage and delegate tasks to office runner staff
- Provide general administrative support

What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a legal or professional office preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Proficiency with basic office software and phone systems
- Friendly, team-oriented attitude
This position is in-office and doesn’t allow for remote/hybrid schedule.
