Litigation Legal Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a motivated, client-focused and detail-oriented legal assistant to join our litigation team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and the chance to work on complex litigation matters. Legal assistants with 3-5 years’ experience in litigation are encouraged to apply.

Duties

  • Draft and review legal documents.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the related areas of litigation law.
  • Open and maintain organized client files and documentation in accordance with firm policies.
  • Electronic filing of court documents.

Requirements

  • Desire to work and communicate directly with clients every day.
  • Ability to work independently but also be a team player and be able to work well under pressure.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ litigation experience.
