Litigation Paralegal

We are adding to our team! Asheville Law Firm, Roberts & Stevens, has a need for a full-time, experienced litigation paralegal.

We offer a partial week telecommuting option. You would be required to be in the office at least 3 days per week. This is not a fully remote position.

Candidate must have a minimum of two years’ experience with insurance defense and similar litigation. Must have experience in obtaining and summarizing medical records, creating timelines and billing summaries. Should be a critical thinker with strong attention to detail and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidate should be able to work independently but also be a team player and be able to work well under pressure. This position will be expected to attend trials to assist attorney(s) during the trial.
