F. Lachicotte (Lach) Zemp, Jr., partner at Roberts & Stevens law firm in Asheville, NC, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys and to the Board of Directors of the Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce.
The North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys is a statewide organization focusing on complex civil and commercial litigation. The organization has almost 1000 individual members whose practices range from general liability, workers’ compensation and medical malpractice defense to product liability, commercial litigation, labor & employment, construction, and local government law.
The Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce is led by a board of directors that formulates policies and sets goals for the organization, including the Chamber’s strategic plan, promoting the mission of enriching the livability of Western North Carolina by advancing its economic vitality.
Zemp is an AV rated lawyer with more than 20 years experience representing a variety of professional, business, industry and medical interests in North Carolina state and U.S. federal courts.
