Gov. Cooper Appoints Attorney William Clarke to Department of Transportation Board
William (“Billy”) Clarke has been appointed to serve on the NC Department of Transportation Board. The Transportation Board represents statewide transportation needs and oversees the North Carolina Highway Trust Fund, an account created by the North Carolina General Assembly to fund new road construction efforts. Billy will be serving on both the Multi-Modal Committee and the Economic Development and Intergovernmental Relations (EDIR) Committee.
