Jazz for Justice Event for Pisgah Legal Services

Jazz for Justice is an event is to celebrate Pisgah Legal Services and its 35th anniversary of pursuing justice and fighting poverty in Western North Carolina.

At this 35th anniversary celebration, Executive Director Jim Barrett will be honored for 30 years of dedicated service to Pisgah Legal Services and the Mountain Area Volunteer Lawyers Program, which is also celebrating 30 years of attorney volunteers who selflessly serve low-income people of WNC.

Jazz for Justice will be held Tuesday, March 19, 2013, 5:30p.m., at The Venue in downtown Asheville. There will be live jazz entertainment, gourmet food, wine and beer, and a presentation in honor of our awardees.
