New Office for Roberts & Stevens

Construction is underway for Roberts & Stevens’ new office at the Asheville City Centre, located on the corner of College and Charlotte Streets, just east of the Buncombe County Courthouse.  The new four-story office building will have a 250-space parking deck.  It is adjacent to a six-story Hilton Garden Inn hotel.  Other tenants of the building include BB&T Bank and Clark Nexsen Architecture and Engineering.  Roberts & Stevens expects to move from its current location (BB&T Building, 1 West Pack Square) to the new space in the first part of 2016.
