Nine Roberts & Stevens Attorneys Participate in 4ALL Statewide Service Day
On Friday, March 1, more than 42 attorneys across Western North Carolina, including 9 from Roberts & Stevens, participated in the North Carolina Bar Foundation’s 12th Annual 4ALL Statewide Service Day. This annual call-a-lawyer public service program began in 2008 and engages volunteer attorneys to provide free legal information to North Carolinians, from the mountains to the coast.
During the 2019 event, 449 volunteer attorneys at six call sites across the state answered 9,749 calls. The 42 volunteer attorneys at the Asheville site answered 1,078 of those calls.
Roberts & Stevens attorney John Noor served as co-chair of the 2019 4ALL event in Asheville. Roberts & Stevens attorney Jacqueline D. Grant, who is currently president of the North Carolina Bar Association, visited and answered calls at several of the call sites across the state throughout the day. Also participating were Roberts & Stevens attorneys Elizabeth Dechant, Mary Hervig, Kenny Hunt, Kathryn Madison, Marc Rudow, Susan Russo Klein and Ashley Saville-Amtower.
