Sheryl Williams named to Top 50 Women North Carolina Super Lawyers 2011
Sheryl H. Williams, Roberts & Stevens’ attorney, has been named as one of the “Top 50 Women North Carolina Super Lawyers 2011.”
The top 50 Super Lawyers are those who have received the highest point totals in the North Carolina Super Lawyers peer recognition nomination. Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.
Williams, a partner at Roberts & Stevens, has successfully represented clients in commercial and residential real estate law, business law and land use and zoning issues for three decades. She is a Board Certified Specialist in Real Property Law by the North Carolina State Bar since 1987, a member of the North Carolina State Bar Real Property Law Specialization Committee and the North Carolina Land Title Association.
During her career, Williams has served on the Real Property Section Council of the North Carolina Bar Association, as a member of the Board of Directors at MANNA Food Bank, and currently as a member of the BB&T Asheville Area Advisory Board.
Among her accomplishments, Williams is AV Preeminent Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell; named Best Lawyers in America since 2009 in Real Estate Law; and named a North Carolina Super Lawyer since 2009 in Real Estate Law.
