
Martha M. Schull
Martha Schull is an associate attorney at Roberts & Stevens whose practice focuses on healthcare litigation, medical malpractice and healthcare regulation.
Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Martha received a bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University and a master’s degree in education policy from Vanderbilt University. After working in schools for several years, she chose to pursue her juris doctor at the University of Tennessee College of Law, where she concentrated on health law. There, Martha was a member of both the Tennessee Law Review and the Tennessee Journal of Law and Policy. She also served as a student extern on the Tennessee Court of Appeals for two semesters.
Martha has been visiting Western North Carolina all her life and is excited to now call Asheville home. Outside of the work, she enjoys hiking and frequenting local restaurants and breweries with her husband and dog.
