Attorney Martha M. Schull joins Roberts & Stevens law firm
Roberts & Stevens is pleased to announce that Martha M. Schull has joined the firm as an associate attorney whose practice focuses on healthcare litigation, medical malpractice and healthcare regulation.
Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Schull received a bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University and a master’s degree in education policy from Vanderbilt University. After working in schools for several years, she chose to pursue her juris doctor at the University of Tennessee College of Law, where she concentrated on health law. There, Schull was a member of both the Tennessee Law Review and the Tennessee Journal of Law and Policy. She also served as a student extern on the Tennessee Court of Appeals for two semesters.
“After clerking here for two summers, I am so proud to begin my practice at Roberts & Stevens, and I’m excited to return to Asheville to work with such dedicated, talented attorneys,” she said.
Schull has been visiting Western North Carolina all her life and is thrilled to now call Asheville home. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and frequenting local restaurants and breweries with her husband and dog.
