Bed and Breakfast Owner Seminar

Gregory D. Hutchins, attorney at Roberts & Stevens in Asheville, will present the “Ten Things to Consider when Selling a B&B” at Roberts & Stevens on February 23, 2011 from 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. The seminar will include legal information ranging from contract agreements to owner financing.

Greg Hutchins has practiced law for 24 years at Roberts & Stevens. His areas of practice include business transactions, commercial real property, estate planning and administration, and tax. His expertise includes advising closely-held companies in transactions to acquire and sell B & B businesses. Having specialized knowledge of Section 1031 tax deferred exchanges, Hutchins can assist business owners in properly structuring their transactions to meet the tax requirements for an exchange.
