John Noor to speak at 28th Judicial Bar CLE

On May 15, 2015, Roberts & Stevens attorney John Noor will speak about litigation in the North Carolina Business Court and the recently adopted Business Court Modernization Act at the 28th Judicial Bar District’s CLE titled “The NC Business Court and the 2014 Modernization Act.”

John is a litigator at Roberts & Stevens focusing on environmental and complex business litigation. John joined the firm in 2013 after serving for two years as a law clerk on the North Carolina Business Court. While with the Business Court, John worked on cases involving shareholder rights disputes, corporate mergers and acquisitions, trade secrets, employment covenants, unfair and deceptive trade practices, international discovery, and other business torts. John is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of North Carolina Asheville.
