Ben Van Steinburgh has been litigating cases in courtrooms across North Carolina for more than a decade. He grew up in Connecticut and completed his undergraduate studies at Brandeis University near Boston, Massachusetts. He graduated from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University in 2012.
Ben has argued cases to the North Carolina Court of Appeals and appeared before Federal District Court, North Carolina District and Superior Court, and the North Carolina Industrial Commission. He has extensive civil litigation experience, including trial, motions practice, discovery, mediation, and arbitration, and has tried numerous cases to verdict before North Carolina juries.
Ben practiced in Raleigh, North Carolina, before relocating to Asheville in 2024.
