Attorney Gracie K. Paulson joins Roberts & Stevens Law Firm

Gracie K. Paulson, AttorneyRoberts & Stevens is pleased to announce that attorney Gracie K. Paulson has joined the firm as an associate attorney. Paulson works with Roberts & Stevens focusing on property law; her clients include both buyers and sellers in commercial and residential transactions. Having previously practiced law in Georgia for nearly five years, Gracie initially joined the firm in 2019 as a real estate closing paralegal while working to obtain her North Carolina bar license.

Paulson graduated summa cum laude from Georgia College in 2010 with a BBA in Marketing. After graduating cum laude from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in 2014, Paulson had the honor of clerking for Judge Verda M. Colvin in Bibb County Superior Court, where she put to use her J.D. in advanced legal writing, research and drafting and gained experience in a variety of practice areas, both civil and criminal.

Paulson then joined private practice with a small firm in her hometown of Milledgeville, Georgia, where she focused on residential real estate law. While in Georgia, Paulson worked closely with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders in all aspects of real estate transactions, from contract review to closing, conducting an average of 15 residential closings per week.

Paulson came to know and love the culture and beauty of Western North Carolina through her husband, who is an Asheville native, and she is thrilled to finally call the area home.
