Gracie K. Paulson

Partner

Gracie is a partner at Roberts & Stevens whose practice focuses on property law. Her clients include both buyers and sellers in commercial and residential transactions. Having previously practiced law in Georgia for nearly five years, Gracie initially joined the firm in 2019 as a real estate closing paralegal while working to obtain her North Carolina bar license.

After graduating cum laude from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in 2014, Gracie had the honor of clerking for Judge Verda M. Colvin in Bibb County Superior Court, where she put to use her J.D. in advanced legal writing, research and drafting and gained experience in a variety of practice areas, both civil and criminal.

She then joined private practice with a small firm in her hometown of Milledgeville, Georgia, where she focused on residential real estate law. While in Georgia, Gracie worked closely with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders in all aspects of real estate transactions, from contract review to closing, conducting an average of 15 residential closings per week.

Gracie came to know and love the culture and beauty of Western North Carolina through her husband, who is an Asheville native, and she is thrilled to finally call the area home.
