Carly K. Gillingham
Carly Gillingham is an associate attorney at Roberts & Stevens whose practice focuses on environmental and land use law. Carly joined the firm in 2023 after serving for one year as a judicial law clerk to Judge Michael D. Vhay on the Massachusetts Land Court, working on matters pertaining to rights, title and interest in land.
A Florida native, Carly received a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law. While at BU Law, Carly served as co-president of the Energy and Environmental Law Society and as the note development editor for the International Law Journal. She also worked in the Legislative Policy and Drafting Clinic and the Environmental Law Practicum and interned with a variety of governmental and nonprofit organizations.
Carly has been visiting Asheville her entire life and is excited to now call this area home.
